I have a bunch of zip files, some of which are composed of files in sub-folders / directories. e.g.

file1.zip
    - root.txt
    - info.txt

file2.zip
    - root.txt
    - subfolder\
        - info.txt

How do I find file2.zip, which has the folder 'subfolder'?

You can restrict the results to only those that are at least one level down using a location filter:

+:regex:\.zip\\.*\\

e.g.

Look In: C:\Zip\Folder;+:regex:\.zip\\.*\\

The location filter is a regular expression that forces the location to include '.zip' followed by at least two back slashes.
