Adjusting font size of the GUI possible?

Is it possible to adjust the font size of the GUI?
I would appreciate bigger fonts for the whole GUI (menu, search bar, file list ...)
I cannot find an option in the settings dialog.

To change the size of the Font in the File List and the various Contents View tabs use the menu option View -> Zoom In/Out:

To change the size of the other UI components such as the Menu, Dialogs, or Search criteria you'll need to change the Windows Text size settings:
