Isn't cache search better than index search because I can use more search options?

the advantage of index is because the search becomes fast but if I use cache then the search will become fast too, no? what's the difference?

Cached search is definitely faster than non-cached search but when you have GBs of data it won't match the speed of Index search. However, as you say there are some types of searches you can't do on Index search.

The product deliberately allows multiple different types of searching so you can use the one that best suits your requirements.
