Agent Ransack loads and runs immediately after installation. However after that I can not launch the application due to getting the following Application Message
"Unable to load language files. Please contact technical support"

This would normally indicate a problem with the installation. If uninstalling, deleting the installation folder, and re-installing doesn't resolve the issue you'll need to contact support:
