Index Update from command line?

Question

It it possible to cause an index update from a command line? What I'd like to be able to do is schedule a Windows job to run each evening and initiate updates on a couple of large indexes I have. Is that possible?

If not is there some other clever way to periodically refresh indexes without having to remember and do it manually?
