program crashes with right mouse click on item in result list

Agent Ransack Version 2019 - Build 2929
If I want to open the context menu on an item in the search result by right mouse click, the program crashes (or ends normally?). The hlep files show such context menus. How would you open them?
Is it a version problem? I found it on the free version and professional free 30 days trial version.

There was no 'Agent Ransack Error Report' option the program just disappeared. However, the Windows Event Viewer showed this:

When Agent Ransack shows the shell context menu for a file it will often need to load 3rd party DLLs to correctly display shell extensions. In this case the event view log shows that the problem is with the module:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Notepad++\NppShell_03.dll

with the error code 0xc0000005 - Access Violation.

Since this is an old version of the Notepad++ shell extension it's probably no longer required and was left over from a previous install. Try re-installing Notepad++ and/or removing the NppShell_03.dll file.
