Getting errors searching pdf files

Question

I am using FileLocator to try to search for text within a folder of pdf files and receive the following error on every file in the folder:

Extension Extensions.ExternalIFilterMgr (*.pdf) could not be loaded. Ignoring for rest of session. Extension Extensions.PDFConverter (*.pdf) could not be loaded. Ignoring for rest of session. - Additional: Getting library failed.

What am I doing wrong?

You don't mention which version of the product you are using or whether or not this is a new problem, ie was it working before?

Either way, please re-install using the latest version from the web site. If it continues to fail click Help->Generate Error Report and someone from tech support will look into it for you.
