In order to change the index folder path for an index already created, I performed the steps. Is it the more efficient workflow for changing index folder path?

1- Out of FileLocator (i.e. Windows Explorer), manually copy (or move) the index content from older to new folder.
2- In FileLocator, Add index>Reference an existing index
3- Select the new folder to where the old index was moved to
4- Update the index, now stored in a new folder

Thank you,

If the only thing you're moving is the location of the index store your method is the most efficient.
