Agent Ransack slow to load

Win 10 (64 bit - 1709) Agent Ransack 867

Very slow loading times of about 10 seconds before screen comes up. All other apps including Word, Excel, etc... come up in 2-3 seconds. Uninstalled, deleted all Mythicsoft directories including under program files and appdata and reinstalled. Same issue. Even tried disabling virus. No improvement.

Looked at error log:

Those errors are normal, if you've not registered the product, but wouldn't slow down the start-up. Please have a look at this answer for ideas to try:
