How do I permanently exclude recycle bin from a search

I don't want search the deleted files and folders. Is there any way to exclude them from a search?

Yes, you can use the Persistent Search Filters functionality to always exclude the recycle bin.

Click on the Filter button to open the filter settings.

then check the entry Exclude Recycle bin and then click OK:

You should find that all subsequent searches no longer include the recycle bin.
