More recent versions of the program do not use underscore as a word separator so that should now work.

At the moment an underscore is considered a word separator but there are plans to allow user-defined specification for what constitutes an indexable 'term'. At the moment it's just standard words but in future it could be anything you want, including terms that have an underscore.
