How to use CHM Help File instead of launching browser for HTML Help?

Question

I've never liked clicking "Help" in any application which then opens my browser to display an HTML help system (unless I explicitly ask it to do so on a case by case basis). It's even worse when the help content is actually online, but thankfully, FileLocator Pro doesn't do that, at least.

Nevertheless, I want to have the Help button launch the CHM Help file (which I've already downloaded). How can I do this?

That's not possible at the moment. The best I can recommend is to add a short-cut to the CHM file on your desktop.
