These options are not shown and not available anymore

I have tried uninstalling, deleteing all MythicSoft registry entries and re-installing the latest version from the website and those options in the GUI are still not showing

my regional settings are
short date dd-MM-yyyy
long date dddd, d MMMM yyyy
short time h:mm tt
long time h:mm:ss tt

This would happen if you unchecked the 'Expert User' box in the top right. If that's not the problem please post a screenshot.

Thankyou!! I can't believe I missed that one - I had searched all the menus - it's a part of the GUI that is easy to overlook.
