Agent Ransack problem with Word 2015

Question

I was using Agent Ransack with MS Word 2010, and it worked perfectly. I installed Word 2015 and I find that the results are full of some kind of code and not really legible. This does not happen with PDFs so I figure there must be some problem with this version of Word. Have other people had this problem?

I saw another answer on the forum that referred to filters, but that was beyond me technically--don't know if it's relevant.

From the screenshot it looks like the IFilter (the component that translates the document to text) has failed. If you installed the 32-bit version of Office on a 64-bit machine make sure you download and install the 64-bit IFilters from Microsoft:
