How do you activate the Expression Wizard?

I use the advanced interface and have the file name set to be a regular expression. However, I cannot find a way to activate the expression wizard. Help just tells you there is one, but not how to open it up for use. The Tools menu lists a regular expression tester, but no wizard.

The expression wizard is activated by pressing the '?' Help button next to the field (highlighted in the image below).

Note: It only shows the Expression Wizard if the expression type for the field is 'Regular Expression'.
