Hi,

I have two different folders I would like to check if they have stored duplicated files.

Is it possible to find duplicates through FLPro?

FileLocator Pro is not a duplicate file finder program. It can find files based on a files MD5/SHA hash but it doesn't compare one folder with another. You might want to try a specialized duplicate file finder program like Beyond Compare or even something like WinMerge.
