If you've re-sized the column to be very small you might not quite see it. On re-starting the program it'll resize any zero sized columns to be non-zero but still small, e.g.
You should be able to size it using the mouse but if that's too hard you can reset the column sizes by switching OFF the option Configuration -> History -> Window size, position & font settings:
