Latest version of Agent Ransack won't install on Windows XP?

Agent Ransack version 828 won't fully install on my Windows XP Pro computer. It gets pretty far into the installation, but then puts up an error message about HRESULT and won't proceed unless you click the Ignore button. After pressing Ignore, the same thing happens a few seconds later. If you again select Ignore, the program finishes installing, but won't run.What do I have to do to install Agent Ransack?

Agent Ransack should install and run fine on most Windows XP SP3 configurations. However since Windows XP is no longer supported by Microsoft we no longer support trouble-shooting installation issues on the platform and instead recommend installing Agent Ransack 2010 if you are having installation problems.
