What file extensions do those files have?

Although there is no specialized publisher (.pub) reading code our software can normally find text in the files. The .pub format sticks to the structured storage format used by .doc and .xls and doesn't appear to encrypt or obfuscate stored information.

You can try it out very easily with either Agent Ransack or a trial version of FileLocator Pro.
