FileLocator Network Error 0x80041213 err: 0x5 even on localhost test

Question

I haven't had this error before, but now I get 0x80041213 err: 0x5 even when I run the agent on my own machines with full admin rights. Any suggestions?

0x05 translates as Access Denied and 0x80041213 occurs when WNetAddConnection2 fails. Translating that into a Windows error we get:

"The caller does not have access to the network resource"
