How do I get the file creation date to be the date when the file is copied?

Question

If I search for a group of files and then want to copy them to another folder, the files in the new folder have the "Last Accessed" date instead of the "Created" date.

How do I get the "Created" date to be the file time stamp instead of "Last Accessed?

Instead of dragging the file from the list of found files, highlight them, copy and paste into the new folder. The creation date is preserved.
