Agent Ransack can run from a USB drive but doesn't have a specific installer option to install to USB drive. The recommended method for installing to USB is to first install it to your standard Program Files location and then simply copy the installation folder to your USB drive.
Apart from shell extensions (e.g. "Agent Ransack..." context menu option on folders) everything should work just fine.
