The files highlighted in your screenshot are temporary files created by Word and not in the DOC format. They're normally easily identifiable because they are prefixed with '~$'.

But i want to know why have they been created?

for an example: i have a folder with 100 files, by using a search criteria i only get
10 files as result and rest of them result into such warning/error.

what should i do?
This forum is for questions on Mythicsoft products. If you want to know why Word created those files please contact a Microsoft product related forum.
